Payment terms
Delivery only against pre-payment.
Please transfer the total amount including transportation fee within 8 days to the said account. No additional invoice will be sent. Delivery immediately after receipt of payment.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs depend on size and weight of the ordered items as well as the place of destination.
To our customers in the European Union:
Consignments inside the EU will be send at cheap foreign transport costs. We shall send you all necessary information (including our bank account with IBAN- and SWIFT-BIC-Code for free of charge money transfers) by eMail.
a) without insurance, up to 500 g weight: 4.50 Euro
b) without insurance, 500–1.000 g weight: 7.00 Euro
c) without insurance, 1.000–2.000 g weight: 15.00 Euro
Weight including packing.
Insurance (up to 100.00 Euro): 3.50 Euro additional
Insurance (+100.00 Euro): 1.50 Euro additional
We shall inform you through eMail, in case a shipment should cost less.
To our customers outside the European Union:

Consignments outside the EU shall of course also be effected at cheap foreign transport costs. You will reiceive all necessary information by eMail. Simply enquire transport charges with us - before ordering.

Delivery times / partial deliveries
Receipt of ordered items (availability assumed) after receipt of payment within five working days. A delay in delivery due to High Force or delivery difficulties of our suppliers is of course not subject of our influence.
Should partial deliveries be requested from your end, transportation fee must be paid for each delivery!
